Return Window

You may return your items within 30 days from the order date with no conditions required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please go to the Return section in the menu and submit your email, phone number, order number, and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping Cost

Returns are completely free. Once you complete the return form, a return shipping label from our carrier will be emailed to you.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and all shipping costs will be covered by us.
